Cancellation policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and circumstances may arise that may force you to cancel or reschedule your physical therapy or stretching appointment. However, we also have a responsibility to our therapists and other clients to ensure that our schedules are managed effectively. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
2. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your appointment will be charged.
3. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment and have not contacted us to let us know, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may be charged.
4. If you have a pre-paid package or series of appointments, the missed appointment will count towards your total number of appointments.
5. In case of an emergency, we may make exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment.
